The special feature living room has a vaulted ceiling, brand new 42" plasma TV/DVD with cable, and all new brightly colored seating.  The dining area overlooks the expansive pool and seats eight. There are 3 bar stools with eat-in bar. The kitchen has all new Corian counters and updated appliances. The screen porch has kitchen access, overlooks the pool, and has an additional table and chairs. A large washer and dryer are on the first level.  The white tile on the first floor makes for carefree living -- no fussing over sandy feet. The carpeted upstairs has two additional king bedrooms, private baths, and beautiful views of the sparkling pool. The largest king bedroom has a full-sized work desk, 2 dressers, and TV -- also plenty of space for a crib. This home is very private and safe for small children. We have added many personal touches such as some of our favorite board games, DVD's, paperbacks, popcorn popper, and beach towels. This is more than a vacation home -- it is a location for creating lifelong memories!
