Our new "Dolphins' Watch" is the perfect vacation
destination for 2-3 families with 3 kings, and 2 twins(adult-sized)
and sofa bed. We provide total sleeping accommodations for 10. All
bedrooms have private baths. The gathering rooms on each level
provide generous seating, and multiple decks for unbeatable
panoramic views of the ocean -- shrimp boats, and our lovable
dolphins. The oceanfront private hot tub is located on the first
level, and the ground level patio has a gas grill and picnic table,
ready for your BBQ favorites This exciting new design provides for
both private and relaxing community time with friends and family. Of
course, one of the most important features of this home is the
private beach walkway providing direct access to the white sandy
beach – just 10 steps away.
Oceanwood is a exclusive private community
located on North Forest and about 1 mile from Coligny Plaza – that
welcomes both year round residents and guests. This location
provides for easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis and
water sports. You will have community pool privileges for the 20’X
40’ oceanfront pool that ranges from 3’ to 8’ deep with an adjacent
14’ circular wading/kiddie pool that is 1’deep. An oceanfront
open-style gazebo has poolside restrooms, rocking chairs, and
shower. This makes for lovely entertaining area for morning coffee,
rocking babies, playing chess, and evening cocktails. Lovely
cushioned chaises surround the pool and deck area. Landscaping
design provides for year round colors and textures for your
enjoyment. There is space for 4 parked cars underneath and in front
of your home.

First Floor:
The great room on
the first floor has a spacious kitchen with all high-end appliances, granite
counter with seating for 4. Even while preparing your afternoon snacks, sweet
tea and lemonade, you will enjoy direct ocean views. The dining table seats 8.
Flat-screen TV, media center, and fireplace make this a room to live-in year
round. There is a full-sized washer/dryer conveniently located for kids coming
in from the beach. There is a bedroom that features
2 twin beds, and the Master king suite with private balcony for looking at the
ocean, and of course, the sparkling pool!
Second Floor:
A second spacious
living area has doors leading to a large deck with direct ocean views. TV,
game table, and wet bar provides for a separate entertainment center for
guests and/or children. This floor has two Master Suites with king beds and
private baths and of course, ocean views! All furniture selections are high
quality with your comfort, relaxation, and delight in mind.
