available, for a fee, to our guests at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which is just
a short walk from your door. And golf, golf, and more golf, is only
minutes away. Dune's Perch is located at the heart of the island, less
than 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza, assuring you of easy access to
groceries, fine restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and island shopping

First Floor - The
entry level opens to a luxurious foyer with marble floors and a direct
view to the ocean. The spacious gathering area has a great room, gourmet
kitchen, dining area, and media room with a 42" widescreen plasma TV. All have unobstructed
panoramic ocean views, with a large deck and access to the pool and spa.
The centerpiece of this floor is the 2.5 story ocean rotunda, complete
with lounging chairs to enjoy the best ocean views on the island. The great room is furnished with a variety of
seating options, which are perfect for TV viewing, dolphin watching, and
game playing. The gas fireplace can be enjoyed from the great room,
kitchen, dining and media areas. Elegant oceanfront dining features an oversized
table seating 10 to 12, with additional seating around the kitchen's
granite top bar. With its marble floors and high quality appliances,
including a Dacor 6-burner gas stove with double electric ovens, the
fully furnished kitchen has everything you will need for gourmet cooking
and entertaining. It also has a large pantry and laundry area. Off the
great room is a fabulous master suite, which has a stunning king-sized
bed, private deck with stairs to the pool deck, a two-sided fireplace
with bedroom and Jacuzzi views, and private bath with jetted spa and
separate shower. There are 2 additional large king bedrooms with private
baths on the first floor.

Second Floor -
The highlight of the second floor is the large gathering room, where you
can watch the latest movie, play bridge, or watch the waves as they
break on the shore. The gathering room offers beautiful pecan wood
floors, game table, chaise lounges, snack kitchen, and an entertainment
center that features a 50" flat screen TV. This floor also features 2 additional VIP
master suites, so there will be no flipping coins over who gets the best
bedroom. Everyone does! Both have king-sized beds, private balconies,
and spectacular step-down garden tubs/showers in their private baths.
Two other bedrooms have 1 queen and 1 twin bed each both with private
baths. At the top of the stairs we
offer a private media room with wireless Internet, perfect for catching up
on e-mails, web surfing, or even video gaming. This floor also has a
convenient laundry room with commercial sized washer and dryer.
Special Features - In
catering to larger groups, the house is equipped with ample seating in
all areas, 2 oversized washers and dryers, 3 dishwashers, 3
refrigerators and freezers, and 3 icemakers. There is also parking for 8 cars, more than any other beach house on the
island. Dune's Perch provides everything you need for the perfect,
carefree vacation. So come and enjoy the famous Hilton Head beach, only
steps from your door. And stay as long as you like.
